Quality Policy

Our aim is to promote the physical and emotional well being of our residents in an atmosphere of warmth and trust.

We will establish, support and encourage our residents' physical, intellectual and social interests and will involve them whenever possible in all decisions affecting them.

We will diligently meet all our statutory, contractual and regulatory obligations. We will ensure that all staff are aware of this quality policy and are commited and appropriately trained to meet its objectives.

In pursuit of this policy we have developed and implemented a quality management system which meets the requirements of BS ISO 9002: 1994 and Investor in People and which has the full and active support of our staff.
